Air Fryer Trout

Cooking trout in air fryer ensures that it is perfectly cooked and tender inside with crispy skin all in a quick time of under 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

• 4 fillets of Trout
• 1 teaspoon Paprika
• ¼ teaspoon Onion granules
• ¼ teaspoon Garlic granules
• ⅛ teaspoon Black pepper
• ¼ teaspoon Parsley
• Salt to taste
• 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Preparation:

Clean and pat dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, add paprika, onion granules, garlic granules, parsley, black pepper, salt, and olive oil. Mix well till combined.
Brush the seasoning mix all over the trout fillets covering all the sides.
Arrange them in a single layer with the skin side down in the air fryer basket or tray leaving space between each fillet.
Set the air fryer to 200C and air fry trout fish for 8-10 minutes or until cooked flaky inside with crispy skin.
Take out of the air fryer and serve.
